Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Carrier: We ship all orders via Canada Post or UPS, depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package weight, and size.
Shipping Locations:
Shipping is available to countries listed in the live rate shipping calculator at checkout.
If your country does not appear as an option during checkout, we currently do not ship there.
Processing Time:
All orders are handmade and typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Please note: processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or for made-to-order items.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary by destination. You can check the estimated delivery date at checkout using live Canada Post rates.
Order Tracking:
Not all shipping options include tracking.
Tracking is available only if you select a tracked shipping method at checkout.
If tracking is included, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Accepted:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
Custom Orders:
Please note: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
