1. Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Totsi Cycling. Please read carefully before making a return.

2. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Return items within 14 days of delivery

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or defective

4. Custom & Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

• Include your order number and reason for the return

7. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

• Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
